Diagnosing and fixing general computer issues, from software glitches and error messages to connectivity problems, helping identify the root cause and get your system running smoothly again. Flat diagnostic fee of $50 that I credit toward any necessary repair if you proceed.
Hands-on repair of hardware or software issues, including fixing broken components, resolving crashes, malware removal, or repairing damaged systems to restore full functionality. $60/hour for labor, or flat rates of $80–$200+ depending on the issue.
